Shipping arrangements and associated costs for all samples and bulk goods will be confirmed upon order placement based on your destination and requirements.
Step 1: Submit Your Sampling & Customization Requirements
If you already have specific requirements for styles, fabrics, yarns, craftsmanship, sizes, colors, quantities, or timelines, we recommend completing our sampling and customization requirements form first. Please provide your actual requirements as accurately as possible, as the information will be used for cost calculation, sampling assessment, and subsequent quotation. The more complete the information, the more accurately and efficiently we can evaluate your project and prepare the right solution.

Step 2: Sample Preparation
Confirm style details, unit price, and sample cost. We will convey all your requirements (e.g., size, craftsmanship, fabric) to the factory and follow up on sampling.
Step 3: Sample Confirmation
The factory sends physical samples. We assist you in reviewing craftsmanship, fit, and quality, and communicate any necessary adjustments with the factory.
Step 4: Bulk Production
After sample approval and bulk deposit payment, production begins. We track progress and conduct quality checks at key stages.
Step 5: Final Delivery
After final inspection, shipment is arranged. We confirm the final logistics plan with you and settle the balance before dispatch.
