Clear answers for fashion brands and B2B buyers about BARYSSO, ready stock, MOQ, customization, sampling, production, quality, shipping and payment.
Working With BARYSSO
Who does BARYSSO work with?
BARYSSO works with overseas fashion brands, boutique retailers and buying shops, designer labels, wholesalers, importers, retailers, sourcing buyers and online fashion businesses looking for ready-stock or custom knitwear from China.
Why do B2B buyers choose BARYSSO?
BARYSSO combines a Dongguan knitwear supply-chain base with ready-stock options, small-batch purchasing, custom development and direct buyer communication. This gives brands a practical way to test styles with ready stock, then move into customized products as their business grows.
Do you support OEM, ODM and private label production?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM knitwear projects and can work with brand requirements for customized styles, colors, yarns, labels and packaging, depending on the project scope.
Can I start with ready-stock styles before developing custom products?
Yes. Buyers can start with ready-stock styles for market testing, replenishment or seasonal needs, then discuss customization or new development after a style has been validated.
What types of knitwear can you supply?
BARYSSO currently offers 300+ knitwear styles that can be considered for cooperation. Around 200+ styles are maintained as ready-stock styles, available for purchase subject to real-time inventory, with mixed-batch purchasing supported. In addition, we have 100+ styles with existing finished-product or pattern-making records that are not maintained as regular ready stock; when needed, we can usually arrange repeat production or resampling more quickly. Our range focuses on high-quality womenswear knitwear, including sweaters, cardigans, short-sleeve knit tops, long-sleeve knit tops, knit dresses, vests, knit sets and knit outerwear.
MOQ & Ready Stock
How many knitwear styles can BARYSSO offer?
BARYSSO currently has 300+ styles available for cooperation. Around 200+ are maintained as ready-stock styles with mixed-batch purchasing supported, while another 100+ have existing finished-product or pattern-making records and can often be repeated or resampled more quickly when needed. The website catalog shows only part of our range. Contact us if you would like to see more available styles.
What is the MOQ for ready-stock knitwear?
Ready-stock styles have no overall MOQ. BARYSSO currently offers 200+ ready-stock styles for selection, with mixed-batch purchasing supported. Buyers can combine different available styles in one order, making this option suitable for market testing, replenishment and multi-style purchasing.
What is the MOQ for custom knitwear?
For custom styles, the MOQ depends on the size structure: 50 pieces per style, per color, for a single size; when one style and one color requires multiple sizes, the MOQ is 100 pieces. The exact production arrangement is confirmed during quotation.
Can I mix different ready-stock styles in one order?
Yes. We currently offer 200+ ready-stock styles for selection. Ready-stock orders support mixed-batch purchasing with no overall MOQ, so buyers can combine different available styles in one order. This is useful for market testing, replenishment and reducing the risk of committing to one style only.
Do you keep regular styles in stock year-round?
Yes. BARYSSO maintains 200+ ready-stock styles year-round, subject to real-time inventory. Beyond the ready-stock range, we also have 100+ styles with existing finished-product or pattern-making records. These are not regular ready-stock items, but repeat production or resampling can usually be arranged more quickly when required. This means our year-round cooperation range reaches 300+ styles, rather than being limited to current ready-stock inventory.
How often do you release new styles?
We release an average of around 30 new styles per month. Depending on the product development and stock plan, some new styles become ready-stock products while others are available as base styles for further customization. Please note that the product catalog on this website shows only part of our available range and does not represent every style we can supply. If you would like to see more styles or the latest range, please contact us for further information.
Customization & Development
How long does the customization process usually take?
A typical custom project takes around 3–5 weeks from requirements confirmation to completion. The actual schedule depends on style complexity, sampling, revisions and production quantity, and is confirmed for each project.
What design files or information should I provide?
We recommend providing design sketches, reference images or a physical sample, together with yarn/fabric, colors, size specifications, estimated quantity, target price and required delivery date. For custom or sampling projects, we recommend completing the PSQ requirement form first and sending the collected information to us. This helps reduce back-and-forth communication and makes quotation and development more efficient. Complete the PSQ form →
Can you develop a style from a reference image or physical sample?
Yes. Reference images, sketches or physical samples can be used as the starting point for a development discussion. We will review the construction, materials and customization requirements before confirming whether the style is suitable for development.
Can I customize colors, yarns, labels and packaging?
Yes, customization can cover colors, yarn selection, brand labels, tags and packaging depending on the product and order requirements. Specific options are confirmed during quotation and development.
Sampling
What is the sampling cost? Can it be deducted from bulk orders?
Sampling cost depends on style complexity, development method and actual material requirements. You can refer to our Sampling Cost page for the current charging guidance, while the final sample fee is confirmed before sampling. Whether the sample fee can be deducted from a bulk order depends on the specific project and the agreed order terms. View Sampling Cost →
How long does sampling take?
Typical sampling takes around 5–10 working days, depending on whether the project is an in-stock modification or a new design. Complex craftsmanship or special materials may require additional time.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Buyers can request a sample to evaluate the style, workmanship, materials and fit before confirming a bulk production order. Sample cost and international shipping are quoted separately where applicable.
Are additional charges required if a sample needs modifications?
Minor sample adjustments may be handled within the agreed development scope. If substantial changes, additional materials or a new sampling round are required, any additional fee will be communicated and confirmed before proceeding.
Production & Quality
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production timing depends on quantity, style complexity and whether the order requires new development. After sample approval and production confirmation, we provide a production schedule based on the actual order rather than applying one fixed lead time to every project.
What is your quality control process?
BARYSSO focuses on high-quality womenswear knitwear, so quality control is not treated as a single basic inspection after bulk production. We check key production stages and pay particular attention to three inspection and re-inspection steps during finishing, covering appearance, measurements, workmanship, cleanliness, labels and packaging. A large part of our team consists of experienced long-term employees with more than 10 years of experience, providing stable workmanship and practical knitwear expertise. We focus on consistent craftsmanship, experience and detail management rather than competing purely through low-cost mass production. Project-specific quality requirements are also confirmed with the buyer before production.
Shipping & Payment
What shipping methods do you offer?
Shipping options depend on destination, order size, weight and required delivery time. We can discuss suitable express, air or sea freight solutions and provide a shipping quotation according to the actual order.
What are the payment terms and methods?
For sample orders, payment is 100% in advance. For bulk orders, 50% is paid as a deposit to confirm production and the remaining 50% is paid before shipment. At present, our main collection channel is XT/XTransfer. In countries or regions where we have opened a local collection account, such as the United States, buyers may also be able to make local payments for greater convenience. Applicable payment instructions and account details are confirmed in the order or contract before payment.
Do you handle customs clearance procedures?
We can coordinate export and shipping arrangements according to the agreed delivery terms. The exact customs clearance responsibility depends on the shipping term, destination and logistics arrangement, and will be confirmed in the quotation or order documents.
Inquiry & Cooperation
Can long-term customers negotiate different payment terms?
Our standard payment structure is 100% prepayment for samples and 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipment for bulk orders. For established long-term cooperation, different payment arrangements can be discussed and must be confirmed before production.
What information should I include in a B2B inquiry?
Please provide the style or reference, estimated quantity, colors, size range, customization requirements, target delivery date and destination country. The more complete the information, the faster we can assess the project and provide a practical quotation.
What is PSQ, and can it help me submit my custom requirements?
Yes. BARYSSO provides a dedicated PSQ requirement form for buyers preparing a custom or sampling project. We recommend completing the PSQ before detailed communication and organizing key information such as style, materials or yarn, colors, sizes, quantity and delivery requirements. This helps us review the project, prepare a quotation and arrange development more efficiently. Open the PSQ form →
Can I use an NDA before sharing sensitive design information?
Yes. If you need confidentiality before sharing sensitive design, development or brand information, you can first review BARYSSO's dedicated NDA page and prepare the confidentiality process. The applicable NDA terms and signing arrangement should be confirmed by both parties before sensitive information is shared. Open the NDA page →
How do I start a project with BARYSSO?
You can start by sending an inquiry with your product requirements or by reviewing our catalog for ready-stock styles. We can then confirm availability or development feasibility, discuss samples if needed, quote the project and proceed to production after the order terms are confirmed.
