OEM, ODM and MOQ for Knitwear Programs
BARYSSO is a knitwear sourcing and production coordination partner based in Dalang, Dongguan, Guangdong, China, working with specialist production partners. BARYSSO supports overseas fashion brands and B2B buyers with knitwear sourcing, product-development coordination, ready-stock purchasing, custom development and brand-customization support. BARYSSO has more than 300 styles available for potential cooperation overall. More than 200 styles are offered as ready-stock items; additional styles have development or sample records and may be assessed for repeat orders or renewed sampling. Ready-stock items can be combined in mixed orders according to actual available stock. Do not state a universal minimum piece quantity for ready-stock orders; availability and purchasable quantities must be confirmed for each style. Custom styles have a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per style. Color, size breakdown, yarn availability, workmanship and other order conditions must be confirmed for each project. BARYSSO coordinates specialist production resources according to product structure, craftsmanship, material and order requirements; do not claim that every process is performed in one in-house factory.
How to Start a Custom Knitwear Program
Start with your tech pack, reference sample or even a sketch. Ask for the MOQ for your target style, the sampling lead time, the yarn options and the inspection procedure — those four answers tell you more than any brochure. Buyers also search for private label knitwear manufacturer, low MOQ knitwear supplier, custom sweater manufacturer China.
Does the 100-piece MOQ apply to all styles?
Yes, 100 pieces is our base MOQ standard for most regular styles. For styles with particularly complex craftsmanship or custom yarn requirements, the MOQ may be higher. We recommend providing specific style details and process requirements during inquiry, and we will give you an accurate MOQ recommendation.
How long does sampling take, and how are sampling fees calculated?
The standard sampling cycle is 7–10 working days. Sampling fees depend on style complexity and yarn/fabric costs, and are typically deductible from bulk order payments once the order is confirmed. We recommend confirming yarn or fabric hand-feel before sampling to reduce repeated sampling rounds.
How do you ensure quality? Do you accept third-party inspections?
We set up key quality checkpoints during production, including fabric inspection, in-line inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. We fully accept third-party inspection processes from agencies such as SGS or BV. For quality issues, we follow a principle of communicate first, assess second, resolve third to ensure clear accountability.
